Returns

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Unused Items: If you’ve decided to return your candle for any reason other than damage or defect, it must be unused and in its original condition to qualify for a refund. In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Reporting Issues: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
• Resolution: We’ll gladly offer a replacement or a full refund, including covering shipping costs for the return.
